The Moderator of the Presbytery of the James has called a Special Meeting of the Presbytery on Tuesday, May 12, 2024, beginning at 6:45 p.m via Zoom. The purposes of this special meeting are:
- To grant permission to the Trustees of Presbytery of the James, Inc. to pursue the sale of the Presbytery office building;
- To grant permission to the Trustees of Presbytery of the James, Inc. to pursue a rental agreement for office space for POJ administration and staff;
- To receive nominations for election to positions on POJ entities;
- To elect members for an Administrative Commission to dissolve the congregation of Ebenezer Presbyterian Church.
