Presbyterian polity requires clerks to maintain minutes of stated and called session meetings as well as congregational meetings. These records shall be submitted annually to the church’s presbytery for review. Review and feedback helps clerks and church leaders to better carry out their functions.
Session minutes for 2023 are now being read by our team of reviewers. Clerks of sessions should submit their 2023 session minutes and the clerk's index sheet to their reader by March 20.

Please refer to the format (electronic/digital or paper) specified by your reader. If sending paper documents, do not submit your congregation's original minutes; send copies only. The presbytery will not return the documents you submit.
