DESCRIPTION:The POJ Leadership Connection Team is pleased to offer a four-week course\, Presbyterian Polity 101\, designed for newly elected elders and deacons. \nCOURSE DETAILS \n\n\nFormat: Four weekly\, one-hour sessions held via Zoom. \n\n\nCurriculum: Spiritual leadership\, congregations & meetings\, ordered ministries\, and the Four Councils of the PCUSA. Each session includes a handout with practical questions and scenarios. \n\n\nInstructor: Carson Rhyne\, Instructor in Presbyterian Polity at Union Presbyterian Seminary for 20 years. \n\n\nSCHEDULE & REGISTRATION \n             Participants May Choose One Session: \n\n\n\n\nWinter/March: Thursdays\, March 5\, 12\, 19\, 26 7-8 PM\, via ZOOM\, 7-8 p.m. \n\nRegistration for the Winter course is February 1-28\n\n\n\nSpring/May: Tuesdays\, May 5\, 12\, 19\, 26\, via ZOOM\, 7-8 p.m. \n\n\nRegistration for Spring course is April 1-30 \n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Links will appear on this page during above registration windows. \nCost: $50 per congregation (covers unlimited participants from one church). \nClass Cap: Each session is limited to 24 participants.
