This New Professionals Orientation will help new professionals:
· Become better oriented to the vision, mission, structure and ethos of The Presbytery of the James
· Become aware of the ministries, resources and opportunities within the Presbytery and the PCUSA
· Establish support systems to ensure a good start in ministry
· Share their observations and insights to help improve the ministry formation and education
