Clerks, the presbytery has started the process of reviewing 2022 session records.
Check your email for resources sent September 6. The email contains the following documents:
- Reader assignments - the name of the reader to whom your congregation has been assigned (In this online version, readers' mailing address and email has been redacted for privacy. Check your email for this information.)
- Clerks index sheet - include with the records you send to your reader
Please note if your reader prefers electronic or paper versions of your documents. If paper, send only copies, not original documents.
Send your minutes by September 19, if possible. If this date is a hardship for you, please notify your reviewer and Stated Clerk Charles Grant.
